Chelsea Torn is one of the main characters in Tales of Destiny. She is an archer, and appears to be very unskilled. However, her appearance is something that should not be taken likely, for she is a great archer who is skilled with long-range fighting.

Chelsea is the young grand daughter of Garr Kelvin's archery master, Alba. She is much more skilled in archery than she appears. She is skilled at range fighting
