Guy Cecil is a servant of House Fabre. He was supposed to watch over Luke Fon Fabre, but eventually the two became the best of friends. After Luke is sent away due to the hyper-resonance, Guy is put in charge of finding Luke. They meet up after the attack on the Tartarus, and he joins the party.

Guy has a very industrious nature. He's also very nice and can't refuse a request. Guy also seems to attract the ladies. Unfortunately, he has gynophobia, meaning he has a crippling fear of women. Everytime a woman touches him, he begins to freak out.
