Titles make a return in the Tales of Symphonia sequel. There are no costume changes and although the returning Tales characters have titles they change on their own randomly. Only Emil and Marta can have titles.

Timid Boy	Automatically from the start of the game
Knight of Ratatosk	Gotten in the main story. Cannot be missed.
Prince of my Dreams	Gotten in the main story. Cannot be missed.
Ratatosk Mode	Gotten in the main story. Cannot be missed.
Marta's Knight	Gotten in the main story. Cannot be missed.
You are You	Gotten in the main story. Cannot be missed.
Summon Spirit Ratatosk	Gotten in the main story. Cannot be missed.
Destined Partner	Complete the Richter sidequests.
Perfect Partner	Gained after the true ending
Berserker	Complete 256 battles on any difficulty except normal.
Divine Swordsman	Complete the Special rank coliseum battle in Meltokio.
Monster Lover	Capture 25 monsters
Prince of Monsters	Capture 100 monsters.
King of Monsters	Fill up all the slots in a Katz monster storage.
Peeping Tom	Gained after going to the Hot Springs and picking the males
Jewel Hunter?!	After collecting all 3 of Lloyd's mask go to Meltokio.
Master Fisherman	Fish 100 monsters in Triet.
Decipherer of the Seal	Defeat the boss in Twilight Palace.
Master of Black and White	Defeat the boss in Gladsheim.

Apprentice Cook	Learn 10 recipes
Cooking Fighter	Learn all recipes.
Ironing Board	At the hot springs, have the females go in.
Procurer of the Secret Treasure	Defeat the boss at Twilight Palace.
Master of Black and White	Defeat the boss at Gladsheim.
Battle Princess	Complete the Special rank coliseum battle in Meltokio.
Perfect Partner	Get the true ending.
